Team

The process is led by Nicolas Paviet, the founder of the agency, in close collaboration with a dedicated agent, chosen to perfectly match the player’s profile: academic project, golfing, type of targeted universities, personality, language, and geographic area.    
This organization allows for a responsive, human follow-up, and above all, adapted to the real needs of each family.

THE ROLE OF NICOLAS PAVIET – FOUNDER & RECRUITMENT MANAGER

In-depth analysis of the player's profile (academic, athletic, personal)
Selection of target universities with real potential for opportunities
Sending profiles to suitable coaches, based on defined objectives
Direct follow-up with coaches, feedback, reminders, and ongoing adjustments
Regular communication with the family and the agent to inform of progress
Strategic coordination with the agent to optimize each case

THE ROLE OF THE DEDICATED AGENT – DAILY SUPPORT

Creation and updating of the player's profile (results, videos, GPA…)
Presence in the WhatsApp group to quickly answer all questions
Preparation of the player for calls with coaches
Participation in the first 5 interviews to reassure and guide the player
Collecting impressions after each exchange to refine the search
Support with all administrative processes (registrations, visas, etc.)
